Alban Avdulla is a distinguished lawyer specializing in the dynamic intersection of energy and technology. Graduating with a bachelor's degree in law in 2016, Alban's academic journey has been marked by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and expertise. He holds three master's degrees, earning the first two in business law with a focus on European and Albanian legislation.

Venturing further into the intricacies of law, Alban pursued his third master's degree at    Duke University School of Law in the USA., Here, he delved into the realm of Intellectual Property (IP), Technology Law and Science. His studies encompassed diverse subjects, including Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance, Licensing Agreements, and more.

Alban's tenure at Duke University in the United States was marked by a significant contribution as a Research Assistant,  where he notably assisted in organizing a workshop in Washington D.C. for the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI). This workshop delved into the intricacies of contractual frameworks in mitigating challenges associated with the advancement of Artificial Intelligence.

  In the nascent stages of his professional journey, Alban undertook an enriching internship at the House of Commons in London,    an esteemed arm of the British Parliament. Prior to his licensure as an attorney, he had the distinguished opportunity to impart his expertise in European Law as a lecturer at the European University of Tirana. His academic prowess, coupled with a fervent zeal for justice, underpinned the genesis of his dynamic legal career.

From the onset of his career as an Attorney, Alban has been entrusted with the judicial representation and legal consultancy for a wide range of clients, primarily focusing on Commercial Law, Civil Law matters, and Energy Legislation. Currently, his professional focus is centered on providing legal counsel and representation to companies within the energy and technology sectors.

A significant aspect of his work involves representing 74 companies (energy producers) on critical matters, showcasing his unmatched dedication and analytical acumen in navigating complex legal landscapes at all judicial levels in Albania. Additionally, Albani's professional acumen has been internationally recognized by "The Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence" (GPAI), where he serves as an expert addressing global challenges emerging from the innovation and development of Artificial Intelligence.
