Mr. Habili completed his studies with excellent results in Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana. Then, at this Faculty, he completed the Master of Science in Business Administration with excellent results. Holds the title of Chartered Accountant.

His career started in the private sector, when in 2006, he started working as a finance specialist at a construction company. While a year later, due to his demonstrated skills, he was promoted to the position of Director of the Finance Sector. Since 2007, he has worked as a finance specialist and fiscal consultant, working mainly with financial expertise, policy management related to capital, debits, taxes and taxation, etc.

From December 2008, he worked as the Director of Finance at the company "Nord Construction Ltd", while from 2019, Mr. Habili, due to his excellent performance, was appointed as the administrator of this company.

From 2016 until today, Mr. Habili is one of the co-founders of the company "Gace Tax & Advisor", thus working in the field of fiscal law, preparing financial reports, creating fiscal strategies, analyzing and interpreting changes in fiscal legislation. Since 2019, Mr. Habili has joined the "Halimi Law and Tax" team.
